A dedicated look at breast fat grafting treatments applicable to both aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery. Fat graft harvesting techniques are examined looking at equipment choice and methods of anaesthesia. Primary breast augmentation, exchange fat grafting (following removal of implants) and breast reconstruction are discussed together with a live surgery demonstration.
